A former lode Au mine located in sec. 11, T33N, R8W, MDM, (UTM estimated. Unsurveyed for township, range and section. Location projected), 1.1 km (3,700 feet) NNE of Deadwood, along Mill Gulch, a tributary of Deadwood Creek. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in granite. The ore body strikes E-W and dips S. Local rocks include Carboniferous marine rocks, unit 4 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).

Workings include 3 short adits, the longest of which is 80 feet.
