A former Au mine located in sec. 33, T7N, R7E, HM, 0.7 km (2,100 feet) W of Denny, on the divide between Squaw Creek and Rancheria Creek, tributaries of the New River, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

The ore body strikes NW and dips 90. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 5 (Klamath Mountains).

Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of an 80 foot deep shaft and a 250 foot crosscut plus shallow surface workings.
