Mineralization is a Mn occurrence hosted in chert. The ore body strikes NW and dips vertically at a width of 3.05 meters. The ore is mainly stockwork ore in chert. At cut 3 manganiferous white chert rests against sandstone and shale. The ore tongues out and ends abruptly against sandstone and shale. Local rocks include Franciscan Complex, unit 1 (Coast Ranges).
Workings include unspecified surface and underground openings.
Analytical data results: The ore grade is 20 to 30% Mn.
