A former lode Au mine located in secs. 11 & 12, T33N, R8W, MDM, (UTM estimated. Land unsurveyed for township, range and section. Projected), 1.4 km (4,500 feet) NW of Deadwood, along an unnamed tributary/fork of Donnelly Gulch. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in diabase. The ore body forms pockets, strikes E-W and dips 60N. Local rocks include Carboniferous marine rocks, unit 4 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).

Workings include underground openings comprised of a 280 foot adit with 200 feet of drifts.
