A placer Au-Pt occurrence located in sec. 13, T6N, R5E, and in sec. 18, T6N, R6E, HM, 2.2 km (7,400 feet) ENE of Salyrer along the Trinity River, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Local rocks include Jurassic marine rocks, unit 1 (Western Sierra Nevada and Western Klamath Mountains).
