A lode Au occurrence located in sec. 22, T37N, R7W, MDM, 4.0 km (2.5 miles) SW of the Bonanza King lookout, along Squirrel Creek (on the divide between Squirrel Creek and Cedar Creek) (adit symbol on USGS quadrangle topo map), on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Local rocks include Carboniferous marine rocks, unit 4 (Eastern Klamath Mountains).

Workings include unspecified underground openings.
