A former lode Au-Ag mine located in the SW¼ sec. 35, T38N, R7W, MDM, 1.8 km (6,100 feet) NW of Bonanza King (coordinates of record) (1.5 miles N of Scorpion Lake), on National Forest land. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.

Mineralization is hosted in gabbro. The ore body dips E at a thickness of 1.83 meters. Controls for ore emplacement included a shear zone, N10E, for 300 feet.
Local rocks include Mesozoic gabbroic rocks, unit 1 (Trinity Ophiolite).

Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of 2 or 3 adits and several trenches.

Analytical data results: 3 samples assayed 0.04-0.89 ounce Au and 0.15-0.5 ounces Ag/ton.
