A Cu-Au occurrence located in sec. 35, T1N, R7E and in sec. 2, T1S, R7E, HM, 1.3 km (4,400 feet) SW of Copper Hill, in the headwaters area of Little Bear Wallow Creek, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in diorite. The ore is of fair grade. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 5 (Klamath Mountains) and/or Jurassic marine rocks, unit 1 (Western Sierra Nevada and Western Klamath Mountains).

Workings include underground openings comprised of short tunnels (some development work).
