A Au-Ag-Pb-Zn occurrence/group of claims located in secs. 28 & 29, T3N, R15E, MDM, about 4.2 miles WNW of Cedar Ridge (about 10 miles NE of Columbia, near American Camp), on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is not stated. Claim is 28.7 acres. Claim also listed in the SE¼NE¼ sec. 29.

Mineralization is a quartz vein deposit with 2 veins separated by a 4 foot thick dike, hosted in slate. Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada).

Workings include unspecified surface and underground openings.
