A former Hg mine located in secs. 23, 25 & 26, T12N, R5W, MDM, at the northern tip of the Knoxville District. This property covers an area a little over 1 mile long and several hundred yards wide.
Mineralization is hosted in rocks of the Franciscan Complex (serpentinite). The mineralized zone lies on a NW-trending fault that is the contact between serpentine on the SW side and sandstone and shale of the Great Valley sequence (Knoxville) on the NE side.
