Lincang Ge deposit, Linxiang District, Lincang Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China

Germanium-enriched lignite (coal seam) deposit. Germanium is mainly associated with organic matter; no discrete Ge minerals have been observed (Hu et al., 2009).
Discovered in the 1950s.
