    Description: First British occurnece for this species. Mostly observed in thin sections. Can be seen with x10 loupe in hand specimens, but easily mistaken for amphibole or edge-views of dark mica (although the latter is almost absent in most of the chevkinite-bearing rocks of St Kilda).
