Superior, Pioneer District, Pinal Mts, Pinal Co., Arizona, USA

Production in the Superior area mines to the end of 1948 was credited at $153,398,683, of which $364,043 is undistributed, and the remainder accounted as follows: Cu - 849,869,979 pounds ($113,561,780); Ag - 32,440,230 ounces ($26,687,288); Au - 281,138 ounces ($8,269,574); Zn - 48,483,000 pounds ($4,316,071); and Pb - 2,969,320 pounds ($199,927). All of the zinc came from the Magma Mine during 1938-45.
