    Type Locality: Drammen, Buskerud, Norway
    Description: First described by d'Andrada as "Allochroite", with the locality given as Drammen, it might possibly be from Konnerudkollen mines where the mineral is common, and mining was at it's hights at that time. Schumacher describe "allochroite" from an old iron mine; "Virum Eisengrube" near Drammen, in 1801.
