Daimbacher Hof, Mörsfeld, Kirchheimbolanden, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany

(Daimbacher Hof, Mörsfeld, Kirchheimbolanden, Rheinland-Pfalz, Duetschland)

Old dumps remaining of the 'Altes Werk', 'Neues Werk', 'Carl Theodor' and 'Elisabethgrube' mercury mines. The dumps of the latter two mines are situated in the forest north of the 'Altes Werk' mine dump. Located close to Daimbacher Hof near Mörsfeld, about 13 km NW of Kirchheimbolanden. Mining activities in that area can be traced back to the early 12th century.
