(Steinbruch Schaan (Steinbruch Hubertusruhe; Steinbruch Jean), Rathsweiler, Kusel, Rheinland-Pfalz, Deutschland)

An andesite quarry, reactivated in 2005. The former owner's name was Schaan; "Jean" is a misnomer.
Access is stricly forbidden by the owner. The quarry is also within a military training area.
Located at Rathsweiler, about 3 km ESE of Baumholder.
