Frische Lutter vein (incl. Lutter adit; South Rothäuser adit; North Rothäuser adit), Bad Lauterberg, Harz Mts, Lower Saxony, Germany

(Frische Lutter-Gang (einschl. Lutterstollen; Südlicher Rothäuserstollen; Nördlicher Rothäuserstollen), Bad Lauterberg, Harz, Niedersachsen, Deutschland)

Ancient trial in a copper-bearing baryte vein with 3 adits: Lutter adit, South Rothäuser adit and North Rothäuser adit.
Located about 3 km NNW of Bad Lauterberg.

NOTES on the mineral list: Some of the generally EDS-analysed minerals described by Koch (2008a) are "scheduled to be confirmed by XRD", confirmations to be mentioned in part II (Koch, 2008b). The "arsenpartzeite" described by him could be chenevixite or simply some amorphous Cu-Fe-As-O phase.
