Rabbit Hole District, Pershing Co., Nevada, USA

Gold placer operations. Originally worked by Chinese in the 1870's. In the 1930's local officials grubstaked welfare recipients with instructions on placer mining and gasoline to get to district. Later commercial mining by Constant Co.
