Kipushi Mine (Prince Léopold Mine), Kipushi, Katanga (Shaba), Democratic Republic of Congo (Zaïre)

A Zn-Pb-Cu mine featuring a suite of Zn-Pb-Cu-Fe sulfides with accessory Ga, Ge, Mo, W & V mineralization in dolomite and schist dolomite series of the Kundelunguian. Located just outside of the southern portion of the Katanga (Shaba) Cu zone/belt, 32 km SW of Lubumbashi.
