Locality known for superb brownish-pink zircon crystals up to 5 cm long (usually repaired) and titanite crystals up to 4 cm across, along with fairly decent zeolites.

Situated near the towns of Lakeview and Arundel, the locality consists of a long roadcut on the eastern edge of Mathilda lake.
