This location is unconfirmed. The Mindat co-ordinates are only a suggestion, located at the head-waters of the Warrawanda Creek, and needs on the ground confirmation.

The material when rarely available is marketed as Murramunda chrysoprase, however Murramunda on maps relates to several locations east and south-east of the Coobina chromite mine, and is not near the creek. These locations include a ruined historic telegraph station, a non existent aboriginal community, and outstation at widely spaced intervals along the Jigalong Mission Road. There is also a remote spring south of the last location. All the locations also go by the name Mundiwindi.

The reference Fetherston states the deposit is near the Warrawanda Creek, a north-south normally dry watercourse between the Great Northern Highway and the Coobina chromite mine, heading north and to the east of the Capricorn Roadhouse. It is not near the Murramunda locations. Fetherston does not locate the deposit beyond near the 40 kilometre long creek.

Chrysoprase is found at the contact of the Sylvania Inlier serpentinites and granite, the deposit a few tens of metres thick and about 160 metres long. Chrysoprase occurs as a vein network in granite, or as an irregular lens in serpentinite. The best quality chrysoprase at the locality is a homogeneous bright green colour. Kerolite is also present in small clay filled cavities within the chrysoprase. The species also occurs as cotton like aggregates of very fine crystals at the boundaries and within quartz crystals within the chrysoprase.

A local specimen dealer has mined it in the past, and has been sold at Tuscon as tumbled bluey green material (at least based on a 2016 photograph). A photograph of the site shows a small pit on a low hill.
