| Comments: | "reported in and around the immediate Danbury area. Occurring in granite containing a good deal of pink feldspar, some crystals measured one inch in length and one quarter of an inch in diameter. The specimens collected and seen have not been too radioactive. Radial cracking and the red staining of the feldspar around the allanite is typical." Januzzi (1959). |
