Comments:	Occurs as crystals and cleavage plates to 2.5 cm (1 inch) diameter. Formed on fractures in silicified & opalized pyritic shales.
Habit:	Highly perfect 1 mm crystals
Colour:	oil-green to pistachio-green inclining to bright cadmium-yellow
