Complex crystals with allanite core, zoisite intermediate zone and epidote rim.

In carbonate eclogites : associated with calcite(Shuanghe / Eur. J. Mineral. , 1995, 7, pp. 119-138).

In garnet/biotite gneisses (Shuanghe / Eur. J. Mineral. , 1995, 7, pp. 119-138).
