| Type Locality: | Kjennerud Anthophyllite Prospect, Kjennerud, Kongsberg, Buskerud, Norway is the type locality for Anthophyllite | | Comments: | Anthophyllite was first described as a new mineral by Schumacher(1801). The exact locality for the mineral was then kept a secret, said to be from the Kongsberg area.
