| Comments: | As microsopic inclusions in britholite-(Y). Secondary, formed by alteration along fractures. The mineral described as "thalenite" from Reiarsdal is probably Keiviiite-(Y). Griffin et al. (1979) notes that the "thalenite" is identical with the phase beta -Y2Si2O7 mineral with thortveitite structure reported from Høgetveit, Evje and Åskagen, Sweden. |
