Type Locality:	Kipushi Mine (Prince Léopold Mine), Kipushi, Katanga (Shaba), Democratic Republic of Congo (Zaïre) is the type locality for Renierite
Comments:	Renierite was found in two germanium-rich zones at Kipushi. The first at a depth between -275 and -400 meters and a second one beween the levels -725 and -775. Deeper or between these levels, the mineral was very rare.
