A former underground asbestos-Ag-Au mine located on 4 claims in approximate sec. 19, T5N, R18E, about 1½ air miles and 3 road miles NE of the highway 60 Salt River bridge, and about 2¾ miles NE of Mule Hoof Bend, at 4,350 feet of altitude.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a linear ore body hosted in the Algal Mescal Limestone. Old workings are in massive algal limestone on the west side of the limestone block. The greatest concentration of fibers is in the vicinity of minor thrust faults.

Workings are 4 interconnecting adits 40 to 70 feet long, 2 short adits, and an open cut.

Assay data: Harsh brittle fiber, low tensile strength.
