A Cu-Ag-Au occurrence located in sec. 23, T4S, R20E, SBM, 6.7 km (4.1 miles) SW of Midland, along the southern margin of the Little Maria Mountains. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in quartzite. The ore body strikes NW and dips NE. The ledge is 30 feet wide. Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.

Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of shallow shafts and open cuts.
