A Cu occurrence located in sec. 25, T27N, R8W, MDM, 3.5 km (2.2 miles) WSW of Cold Fork, along Freshwater Gulch. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in limestone and greenstone. The ore body is a vein deposit at a thickness of 7.32 meters. Limestone forms the footwall and greenstone forms the hanging wall. Local rocks include Lower Cretaceous marine rocks.

NOTE: On the Redding geologic map, this deposit lies either in Lower Cretaceous marine strata, or in a fault sliver of older material.

Workings include underground openings with a length of 205.44 meters and comprised of 3 adits at 60, 300 and 114 feet in length, and with 200 feet of drifts.
