Mindat auction site closing?

Going to list new items on the auction site this afternoon, there was a banner, to the effect no new auctions are being accepted. That's very sad. Trade on the site is surely not strong but it provides a service and probably has yet to build the critical mass of offerings to attract the buying activity that produce the sales.

Or is the closure a temporary one whilst the site is re-designed or similar?

Please may we know what's going on?
