The label on this specimen states simply "Hamilton, Victoria"

If anyone has more precise locality information, I'd appreciate your input.

The correct location is Wannon Falls, it is about 12 km from Hamiltion.
Probably Australias best known vivianite local. ....Greg

While I'm in Oz, just not from Victoria, I believe that this is from the Wannon Falls on the Wannon River approximately 7km west of Hamilton, Southern Grampians Shire, Victoria.

i.e.: Wannon Falls, Hamilton, Southern Grampians Shire, Victoria

The site is located in a protected State park area and collectiing is no longer permitted.
