Luckily, Marcus took a picture of the underside of his specimen here (http://www.mindat.org/photo-573467.html)
Marcus's specimen strongly resembles to one of Mario Adelt’s specimens here (http://www.mindat.org/photo-48191.html),
Mario’s specimen is also from the Baryte Mine, Saxony, Germany and the black mineral on Mario’s specimen is psilomelane. I suspect that the black blebs on Marcus’s specimen is the same mineral.
Since I am not an expert in German minerals and since I have not seen very many German barytes, I could of course made a mistake. If there is a German mineral expert, I would like to hear your opinion.

I would call myself a "expert" for german minerals.( after 29 years of collecting )
In my collection I got some specimen from Brunndöbra, too ;-)
They are totally different, to this Specimen from Winterberg.
And I obtained this Baryte from a collector, who lives close to the Winterberg Quarry.
Best regards
Marcus
