Identity HelpTourmaline Locality, Tourmaline Queen mine?

I can't help but to wonder if this might be from the Tourmaline Queen mine. If you look closely it has that stripe of light blue as if it were almost a blue cap but decided to keep growing.

Tourmaline Queen is a possibility, but other mines in Pala have produced bluecaps. For example, I've collected bluecaps at the Oceanview and Elizabeth R dumps.

Thanks for the input. Do you know if any mines outside California produce similar looking tourmalines or do you think California is a safe bet to put the locality as?

I think California is a good bet, but Brazil has a load of tourmaline localities as well. And there are other places, too. I would label it as "San Diego County(?)".
