Strange fibrous inclusions + Calcite IN Aqua - help needed...

Posted by lol
Hi there

Just got this lovely 3 cm in length Pakistan Aqua,
it's a sort of cluster as it's about 5 crystal hexagons
growing as one. I know it has Calcite included - but
also has a bizarre fibrous deep red/brown mineral,
little sprays of almost-dendritic 'fluffy' hairs..
please see photo and any help to identify it appreciated!

I vote for Goethite - we find identical sprays in quartz geodes at Agate Creek.
