Mineral collecting in northeast corner of Oregon

Does anybody know of any good mineral collecting sites in northeast Oregon, around Pendleton, and east toward the Wallowa Mountains? The minerals I'm interested in collecting are garnets, staurolite, tourmaline, and sapphires, or any others that are interesting.
