How to separate?
May 09, 2008 10:56AM
Hello everybody,
Recently, I have got the mixed ore of tin, tungsten and bismuth. In this ore, approximately, 35 percent of tungsten and 30 percent of tin are encountered. The difficult problem for me is I didn't know how to separate them. Suppose, if I can separate the tungsten by separation method, I would like to know how I can separate the other two. Please kindly send me the suitable methods and techniques.
Urgently required for your answers.
Best regards,

You really need to know what minerals are found in the ore. The amount of ore that you have will also dictate what methods of benefaction will be suitable (ie, which methods make economic sense).
