Ertl, R. F. (2009): Minerales de las Islas Canarias. Publicaciones Turquesa, S.L., Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, 232 pp. (in Spanish).

Quite recommendable, although it contains at least one mistake:
"Chalcophyllite" is reported from the Caldera Colorada y Montaña Negra (p. 150). This "chalcophyllite", found "in cavities of lava" and with "substantial similarity to opal", was only identified by powder XRD.
Added to database with strike out-status.

The photo of "wellsite" on p. 200 most probably shows thomsonite.
