Someone uploaded two photos of aragonite from Murcia, Spain.
In the description the locality is specified as "Macael".

Does anyone know more about this locality?

Dear Uwe,

I know very little, only that Macael is the source for a marble with the same commercial name used as ornamental rock.

Who added the pics has done a mistake: the village of Macael is not in Murcia province, Murcia Region, but in Almería province, Andalusia region (southeast Spain)
