I was thinking that it might be useful to have an optional Explanation field in the locality editing form, so that users and reviewers can easily spot small or subtle changes to locality entries when reviewing the Changes Log, and understand why a change was made. The Explanation text would be visible in the Changes Log entries. An example of an explanation might be "fixed a tyop" or "coordinates were transposed".
