Hi

has anyone visited the famous (but almost unknown) fluorite locality Arhbalou ( Arhbalou (Arhbalou-n-Serdane), Boumia, Khénifra Province, Meknès-Tafilalet Region, Morocco) recently ?

As I will be on an extensive collecting trip in Morocco in a few weeks from now, I also intend to go to Arhbalou, to find out, whether there have been new works or intentions to excavate those beautiful and odd fluorites . Very good specimen with strange coloring had been on the market til 1999 - since then, there is no more evidence of any mineral from this locality.
I would be glad, if anyone, having visited this place in the recent past, could let me have some information.
