stolen herkimers / known predator

on 4/22 about $3000 worth of Herkimer Diamonds were stolen from my Home.
The man who stole them is Fred Fisher. The police are looking for him not only in New York but 5 other states as where He has Warrants out for his arrest. I spoke to his family and they also want him arrested due to threatening behavior. This man is an opportunist and will prey on anyone who responds. was last seen in Newburgh NY 4/22 9:30 pm. Could be headed anywhere to sell these specimens.
He is running out of money and is becoming desparate. Has no real address.
This post is not only to recover minerals but possibly protect his family or anyone who may fall victim. If seen please call police or contact me at dsw821@hotmail.com

It would help greatly, Daniel, if you posted a photo, so one could know what Fred Fisher looks like so that they can respond to the police, "if seen"!!
Otherwise one might have to get closer than
might be considered safe, to discover his identity....
