Unusual cubic Prehnite

I would like to purchase this from a friend but do not know what to offer him?
It is a Prehnite from Jeffrey mine Asbestos, Quebec. I am interested in one on the left side.
I have few other specimens put a side and may want to make an offer for all of this as a lot.
Any ideas?

If they are prehnite, they are quite unusual. How large are the specimens?

2.5" on the left and 2" on the right.
I collected some smaller specimens with cubes about half size that came from the same find but this fellow had all the big ones, total of 6 or 7 pieces. Included picture of what I collected (under 1").

Perhaps they could be worth two to three hundred dollars each. But not everyone is into big blocky tan/white prehnite crystals. I don't think anyplace other than Asbestos produces such specimens.

Hi Rock
Interesting change here, one on the right just got sold and I will buy the one on the left, it was reserved but there was a change of choice so the one on the left will in to my collection.
Thanks for your help! I hope we can meet one day and discuss mineral in person.
