I wish to add photos of some strontianite crystals from the Hanson Aggregates quarry in Salona, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. However, the locality is not listed, or I can't find it. How does one add a new locality to the database?

That's not how to do it. You need to use the "Add sublocality" button on the locality page.

It is listed here simply as the Salona Quarry - [www.mindat.org]

"However, the locality is not listed, or I can't find it"

From the air photos, it appears that there is only one quarry in Salona. It was already entered in the mindat database at [www.mindat.org]
