Generalhelp with coordinates

Latitude:44° 54' .22"

Longitude: -78° 4' 51.13"

I am looking at coordiantes for a spot in canada. Not sure why it takes me to kazakstan or somewhere. What do I have to change? I have tried some things and nothing takes me to canada. Is it just incorrect data from ontario geological survey? I'm sure i'm just over looking something but I thought the difference would be going from -78 to 78 but i still end up in asia.

Thanks, I dont know what was going on. I couldnt get out of asia. I would change things around and paste in new window and end up in the same spot. It's been happening with a couple coordinates I find on OGS website.
