Is it just these particular ones that are twins (they are both my specimens) I do not know anything about twinning could someone explain in very simple terms what Ferdinando means means by twinned on (0-11) polysynthetic? I cant see the twinning myself, as you can see i know nothing about twinning as i imagined if it was twin there would be like a line of symmetry but i dont see that. Is the twinning what all those lines are, i thought they might be growth lines but am curious why they seem so prominent on Serendibite xls, if that feature is restricted to crystals only from Burma, and if so why?
