Two "Edit this photo" options?

I was going over some of my photos tonight and noticed what I believe may be an error (unless there is a good reason to have two "Edit this photo" tags on a photo):

MindatError.jpg

From what I can tell, they both do the same thing......

One is because it is your photo and the other is because you are a photo editor.
