There appear to exist four different entries for the same(?) deposit.

Anyone with good knowledge of NZL mineral localities?

Steve Sorrell, I think, well knows the NZ locality. I'll send him an e-mail.

Hi Uwe and Marco

The mineral location is Maharahara copper mine, Maharahara, 14.5km (9 miles) north of Woodville, Ruahini Range, Tararua district, North Island, New Zealand.

Thanks to Steve, corrected and updated adding new species.

The track to Maharahara was damaged and closed during the big 2004 floods. Not sure what the current status is, but presumably it has been repaired and open again. Beautiful azure blue coloured Azurite can be found at Maharahara.

Thanks Christine. Azurite added to the list of Maharahara minerals.
