It is not a good picture however bournonite is not impossible.

Not so sure. After having looked at the bournonite and arsenopyrite photos from this locality, I wouldn't exclude bournonite.

Another angle of view would be good.

The lower portion of the photo shows a very common form on Yaogangxian arseno. The "cogwheel" habit with the serrated edges is common to arseno from there as well.

A simple hardness test with a needle would tell you which it is easily enough.
