Name:For its occurrence at the Styrian Erzberg, Styria, Austria.
A Mixture Of:Aragonite, Calcite


White to brown banded sinters, consisting of alternating thin layers of aragonite and calcite, owing their colour to finely dispersed limonite. Sometimes used as a decorative stone.
